Bill Heard Ripped me off too. I bought Two vehicles from them, A 2004 Cavalier and a 2004 Aveo. They took so long in the financing process that I have a deliquency on my trade.
Plus with the Aveo they promissed me cruise control and Chevy doesnt even make cruise for that car. They bought nack the car (supposedly) a month ago and still havent paid for it.
In return, I got a Malibu which has not yet been financed (a month later).
Thats not even to mention the damage their Finance department did to my credit report. They simply send the deal to every bank they use. What happens then is all the banks ran my credit report and caused so many inquiries that my score went from 711-674.
At this point I dont even care to get my down payment back, I just want them to take the car and pay-off the Aveo.
