I had an extremely bad experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car that I felt the public should know about so here is my personal horror story with this company.
My fiance rented a vehicle from Enterprise located at 5750 E. Woodmen Rd. Colorado Springs, CO 80920 over the weekend (Jan. 06-Jan. 09 2012) for National Guard purposes and once we came back from our trip on Monday her vehicle had been broken into right in front of their building! Where the driver side vent window was smashed in and her CD deck was stolen. It turns out that Enterprise didn't secure her vehicle within their secure parking lot over the weekend when they told her they would.
Why would they leave a customers vehicle unattended for an entire weekend without telling her that they would do so? We talked to the Branch Manager, Josh Korsvold (719) 266-1176 or Joshua. K.
