I went into monro monday of this week to get my tire changed and while the manager pulled my car in, he managed to hit several things, he hit a tire changer and a tool box. He put several deep scratches in my hood and finder and a big dint in my finder. I was sitting outside the shop with my dog when we hurd a big boom sound so my boyfriend went in and the guy got out of the car and tried to say the biggest sratch on the hood was already there, um it was fresh silver and there was blue paint from the tool box on it, the guy was nice about it and apoligized and said he would take care of it but i had to take it to a certain body shop, so i did and the guy there gave me an est at 1300 but then later took it down to 800 without me knowing but luckly my mom had caught that before he faxed the estimate to monro, so we went to other body shops and got est and they were for 1500 and higher. The main point of this is to say, they wrecked my car then tryed to cheaply take care of it, so be careful of who you trust driving your car, even people who spostably "specialize" in cars.
