Delay in home gas delivery

Friend,

I'm Ravindra Prakash Sharma living at OM NAGAR NAGLA BHURI AGRA 282005. Our customer number. Is D11772. I ordered my gasoline on 03/10. I've not got my fuel till today. They're not buying up my telephones and each time they choose they don't provide any acceptable solutions. Pls check out the issue and consider required motion and generously allow me to learn about the action taken.
