We tried to use this company to get a ECM for one of our customers. The first order we made they claimed never went through, then the second one we made they claimed the credit card was declined when our bank clearly showed the money was taken out. When you call them they give you the run around and our rude and upset that you call for information on your order. It seems like they get a lot of calls and have the attitude of" another person asking questions we can't answer" It really amazes me that a company can survive like this. We still have not received our order and are told to call back the next day. Every time we call back they are rude and act like we are wasting their time. I could go on and on about other things and ways they have treated us but say we your self the headache. Don't use this company. The web site will show they have the computer in stock, but in reality they take your money and then will try to get your order fulfilled. The run around we get drives us crazy... I hope we do get this computer but it looks doubtful at this point and we look like jerks to our customer because of this!
