Mitch Paid over $3,000 to have limo repaired for my company, yet to see work completed

I have paid Mitch, from M&M Automotive to fix my limo for my company over 2 months ago and the work is still not complete. Mitch will not answer my calls anymore or give me a refund. Beware of this guy and his "company". He will trick you into paying him then never complete the work.
