I purchaced a 2006 Ford Mustang in the Russ Darrow Kia of Fond du Lac on 4/29. Our income individuals name was Michael Pionke.in the day of purchase Mustang’s window had a spidering break on lower, owners side part of it. Mr. Pionke understood nothing of the till I directed it out to him. Following a package was hit I obtained a “WE MAY DO” to repair/change the window. I named on June 29 and spoke to Mr. Pionke declaring that I'd 9 times from function, from July 2-11 and want to get if mounted. I had been guaranteed it had been being looked after. On July 5th, after not reading from Russ Darrow, or Mr. Pionke I again named the dealer this time around skipping my salesperson and speaking straight to the support office. I had been advised to lower from Oshkosh to Fond du Lac so that they might have a look in the window to determine that yes, it had been certainly damaged and yes must be changed. I had been informed again that it'd be studied care of.By July 17, I've not obtained a phone from Russ Darrow, or Mr. Pionke. 3-plus months to obtain a window replaced is undesirable.
