Sooooooooo, I've requested a large number of bucks of components out of this organization. The very first time I delivered a component they 'dropped' it and wouldn't return my income. Okay disgrace on me for NOT maintaining the following range for six months. This last moment I requested, Partsgeeks site explained this 'brand' of brake parts might match my Bimmer. I get them and purchase delivery simply to discover they DONT healthy - I contact them for RMA and have them when they can pay shipping back. They explained they might protect the delivery back BUT I'd to cover it outofpocket. 63 times following the items have been delivered; Partsgeek chose to return my only 54% of what I really taken care of the wheels but still didn’t return my delivery back. Therefore obviously I'm out about $101 complete - They DoN't have ANY telephone assistance - they've 250 BBB issues and 159 of these need to do with DISCOUNTS or absence thereof. I've requested my Charge Card Business to research this further – Wish that PartsGeek has got the same ‘prompt attention’ for my charge card organization because they dome (I ought to have my reimbursement very quickly.) I've also submitted my very own criticism using the BBB hoping this 1 evening online purchases aren't that much of the trouble. Customer PLEASE beware.
