We took a trip to Florida last week and rented a car at the Orlando airport. I went to the closest gas station near the airport to top off the tank prior to taking the car back to the rental company.
The gas station was Suncoast Energys. The gas prices around the area was around $3.69 a gallon all week and I did not bother to look at the price while I was topping of the fuel tank. When I got my receipt I noticed the price per gallon was $5.599. This is down right stealing.
When I returned home I pulled up a copy of my credit card statement to see what I had spent on the trip. I noticed that the rip-off service station had charged my account $75.00 when I had only spent $27.28.
They will be getting a phone call along with my credit card company in the morning.
Stay away from this gas station and the one across the street from them. They are also ripping-off people.
