Caused $1400 in damage to my 2 cars & delayed telling me they won't pay for 50 days!

Cellular Transport Inc may be the value car moving organization there's! They broken each of my 2011 Toyota Sienna Minivan and my 2001 Hyundai Sonata moving them from New York to Oregon leading to over $1400 in harm. It required 51 times of me calling and composing before they ultimately explained they weren’t likely to purchase the problems they triggered. Therefore dishonest

Here’s what happened:

8/31: I obtained both automobiles plus they both had color broken. Our 2001 Hyundai Sonata had color applied off the leading bumper from the top driver’s part tire. The result of a tire band? Our 2011 Toyota Sienna had orange color scratched onto the front bumper. Applied removed from the vehicle they pushed mine facing? The minivan was just 14 days old and completely new off the dealer’s ton.

I wrote the harm along about the approval types before signing them. I Sent images of the harm and also the approval types to my agent: Dependable Auto Movers.

Like A next thing, I had been informed to-go get 3 estimates for that harm.

10/1/10: My broker, Lisa from Dependable Auto Movers, told me to call their claims representative Tom at Mobile Transport, Inc. On Monday and he’ll cut me a check. She explained to contact 1-509-368-9449 since NO BODY actually answers their primary number: 1-509-443-5827.

10/4/10: I named Ben at 509-368-9449 at Cellular Transportation Inc. And he promises he simply heard about the state. He questioned me to email the images of the damage and also the approval types where I wrote down the harm. I told him that I currently sent that to him twice but that I'll email it again. I also choose to deliver him everything via certified email therefore he can’t declare that he hasn’t received something.

10/6/10: Package with letter, photos of damage, car receiving forms with damage written on them and repair quotes arrives at Mobile Transport Inc. USPS Status: Delivered your item was delivered at 11:57 am on October 06 in SPOKANE, WA 99212. Them was authorized for by B PUKLOWSKY.

10/7/10: I Called Dependable Auto Movers and spoke with Sarah. She explained they have had plenty of connection with Cellular Transportation Inc.including talking to a dispatcher there (Mark) on September 22nd and he established within the telephone he obtained anything and might move it onto Mary. She also stated she re-sent anything on 9/21 and 9/27. She talked with 2 distinct dispatchers plus they stated they'd forward it on. She explained she'd contact Jeff again today.

10/11/10: I named Ben and he claims they have to deliver somebody out to determine my approval types. I ask why since he currently includes a backup and he provides me no solution. I push him again and have to get a cause because he currently includes a backup of the types. He will not provide a solution and just claims it’s the things they have to do next. I suppose this really is another delay strategy. Ben then takes back what he explained earlier about that being truly a fresh situation and claims he first noticed from Sara on September 13th. I face Jeff concerning the proven fact that he’s currently had this situation in his fingers to get a month! He provides no clarification or apology. I suppose they consider such a long time that you simply quit.

10/17/10: Tom directs George (among their vehicle owners) to my home to determine my types and also the harm. He explained he'd record back again to Ben.

10/21/10: I named Ben and he explained that they’re not likely to protect the problems. I expected for his insurance provider and he set me on continuous store for 10 minutes before I eventually put up. I called back 4 occasions and was delivered instantly to voice-mail every time.

Next Steps: Statement the harm to my insurance provider and allow them pursue Cellular Transportation Inc. Statement Cellular Transport Inc towards the BBB. Possibly prosecute them for that harm and also the period of time I’ve needed to invest in this.
