08/22/205 I was deceived in companies policy for refunds of down payments, returns after I found vehicle they sold me was junk, and had not been properly saftey inspected. 08-23 I was refused a refund of my down payment or return of the vehicle, void contract.
Constant repair burdens of car, out of my pocket exspenses, resulted in me contacting dealership about concerns with payments, vehicle kept braking down everyday or week, that constant extra repairs had depleted there, first payment amount already, and I stil needed to replace the radiator after it cracked from the water pump ceaseing completly in the block of the engine, a night earlier overheating of cars motor,
A coolant leak from the crack in the radiator, after replacement of the water pump. That resulted in retaliation by First Class Cars to repossess vehicle, without missing any payments, before first payment was due. Now I am currently being contacted by a collections agency Knight Adjustments Bureau on there behalf, for car contract 02-10
If I was told there was a no refund policy on downpayments, I would not have been trapped to buy the car.
