Do not buy a policy from this company unless you are willing to lose all of your money and get zero service.
I bought a policy from this company in 2000 and the first time that I had to get service on my vehicle I was told that they were not paying any claims and that they were in bankruptcy. They apparently transfered their contracts to a third party and they did not have enough reserves to pay the claims. Warranty Gold leads you to believe that they will stand by their contracts but instead I was left high and dry. I was told that I would have to wait until things were settled in court and that was eight months ago. I have written letters to Warranty Gold and demanded my premium money back, but that did no good either. I hope that I can at least convince people to not fall into their trap and have some effect on their future business.
