My spouseis engine light remained about the dash-board and we understood we'd an issue. I got it into the dealer to get a prognosis. Soon after the repairs we obtained a notice within the email the catalytic converter was on the "recognition record." Therefore we posted the paperwork to General Motors to get our reimbursement. After 6 months I named General Motors to determine the way the reimbursement was going along. They provide me a verification quantity which I ought to remain in connection with them. About 7 days later I named General Motors again to determine the way the reimbursement was shifting along, plus they explained they dropped the paperwork which we'd have to resubmit anything again. Can it be any question that General Motors submitted for bankruptcy, they cannot actually supply "quality customer support?" Like A citizen I own section of
General Motors, plus they cannot supply the support that I'd expect of any organization that I own. We shall not be buying anymore Common Motors items.
