My husband and I were more than satisfied with the service that Mark P. At the Augusta Maine store gave us. He answered all our questions, made us feel comfortable even though we are older and out of shape. He gave us hope that we would be able to get back up on the bike and ride. Mark was able to fit us to bikes and helmets with ease. If we need anything else we would call first and only deal with him as he knows his way around a bicycle.
