Bad Service bad tires

Bought 4 wheels from their website. All were discovered to become faulty and Pep Boys declined to support the vehicle afetr just changing 1 tIre and turning them. Which got 3 hours. Created me delay 1/2 time in the shop to get a return. Keep for from them!
