Avoid premium auto in crofton, md. They're overpriced, incompetent, install defective parts, and won't take responsibility for their inferior work. I had to bring my car in twice (and pay extra $) for the same problem, and it still isn't fixed. These guys keep screwing up. No way was I going to take the car in a third time and pay even more $. I politely asked the manager, Larry Miller, for a refund. He was rude on the phone, told me there's no way he'll refund my money, and basically hung up on me.
