I purchased a car in dec. 2009 because my previous car had broken down, me like others do not have good credit or a whole lot of money to put down on a car. I had 500.00 i in return drove several cars but chose a 2002 chevy malibu. A week after i purchased this car, the brakes went completely out and at the time i had a 3 month old baby and almost hit a tree. Aaf did not car they said well get an estimate okay
So after i got an estimate i was told sorry thats the brakes i cant do anything, we were stranded in texas with no brakes. Aaf is a horrible company i do not recommend to any one i have made a complaint to the bbb and they in return have done nothing to solve my problem i have paid every time early on my payments and i get charged a late fee everytime i pay my payment i call megan who is extremly rude and i honestly think this company needs to be shut down i wish we could all get to gether as a community and bring these people down together and get what we deserve!!!
