I was contacted by GM Motor club and informed that, due to excessive use of their benefits, our membership was being canceled. I called them and explained that two of the incidents they had on their record were inaccurate. They said they would get back to me. About two weeks later I received a notification in the mail for renewal of the membership. I assumed they had corrected their error. I couldn't find the address to which to send the renewal, so I went online to find it. Their website stated that my membership had been canceled. They said that there was no recourse, they had already issued a credit to my credit card. They were not interested in hearing my side of the story and because THEY did not have a record of my call, they deemed that it did not exist.
