MAP Broke their pledge to customers!

I had a compliant on a Midas shop (MAP member) and went to the Motorist Assurance Program (MAP) website and listed in there Pledge to customers on there website they stated you have a right to an Independent Review if you have a compliant on a auto repair shop that is one of there members HOWEVER when i went to MAP with a compliant they stated they no longer offer a Independent Review even though it was still on there website!

They said the Board of trustees just recently did away with that!..in my opinion MAP is now useless if you have a compliant agianst a repair shop!

Shame on MAP for not honoring there "Promise To Customers" posted on there website and shame on the MAP Board for doing away with the Independent review!

Ive attached a picture of there Pledge to customers, we all know it doesnt mean anything as they wouldnt honor it!

According to the wesite in the newsletter dated Nov 30th here are the list of people on the Board,

MAP Board of Trustees Chairman - Charles Ayers, Midas International Vice Chair - Dave Baier, Monro Muffler and Brake Sec.
