Our buddy flew Virgin America from L.A. The final moment she found Ohio to go to me. She came 25 minutes prior to the planned starting plus they declined her chair simply because they had overbooked the trip. They did not pay her or supply her with alternative transport since she'd overlooked the sign in contract by five minutes. She was informed the following available trip did not abandon for another 12 hours which it'd charge $450. (She just paid $250 on her unique solution.) To create things worse, the trip left half an hour late! I understand that based on the Aircraft Consumer Protection Act customers who don't adhere to an airlineis agreement of carriage (including sign in period) may possibly not be elligible for payment. I am checking engrossed. But in either case, Virgin America is very questionable. Beware! I'll never travel this flight. I've appeared within fifteen minutes of planned starting on additional companies and not had this issue. WHOA! Consider it. Virgin America was paid twice for just one chair. I discover that detestable.
