My situation is very similar to the person from S.C. Who posted last year.
I wish I had checked out this site before I sent them a check. (No credit cards accepted should have been my first waning flag.)
I needed an interior door handle. I gave Renee the description required and she told me to send the check and they would send the part. Weeks later, wrong part... Wrong model and wrong color. I called back..."no problem, we'll send the correct one". Weeks later, no package. "Email photos so we can confirm correct part." "We'll have to order it." No package. After many correspondences Renee said that she "would get the office to send me a refund." Three months after placing the initial order, I still received no refund. Renee stated that she would go back there and write the refund check herself, today." Lied again. Now, more than five months later, I still have nothing and wasted $57.
