This is a copy of an email I set to Matt at Olson Power Sports on 12-19 reguarding my order of an ATV on 11-25: Sorry Matt, you are only 24 days late in responding to my earlier phone calls and numerous emails. If you had bother to read the earlier emails, you had until 11-30 to respond to my inquiries about the order that was placed earlier in November or the order would be cancelled. I can now see how dependable your company really is, you were unable to get your hands on my payment as I had promised and you shipped the items by FedEX any way. I talked to FedEx and cancelled the delivery because you could not be bothered to answer me.By the way, I left emails and phone messages with Olson Power Sports, The Family Exchange, both of the Olsons and the tracking site and NO ONE would return a message. This sums up what would happen if I really needed your help with the product that I had purchased. I now believe what I have been reading on the internet about your company (s) not taking care of your customers. I was unable to wait any longer to be assured of delivery of my grandsons Christmas present and you forced me to purchase locally to meet my goal. Thank you for opening my eyes to the type of businesses that are out there preying on the internet shoppers. I will pay closer attention with whom I am ordering in the future. Unsatisfied Custome
