On November 17th my boy had a collision in my own vehicle and that I submitted a clain with GEICO. 3-times after processing the state I had been informed that my boy was an overlooked driver. I advised them that I had been unaware that I'd authorized something to exclude my boy from operating my vehicle however they insisted that I did so. I expected to get a backup of the exemption type and was informed they might send or deliver it in my experience by email. I acquired the shape and also the type was a copy of the backup. It wasn't the initial type also it seem to have already been doctored. An application which was scanned in to the program upon bill 24 months previously wouldn't seem like the shape I obtained. I approached GEICO to determine how I really could see the initial record that I closed and was informed the record was scanned in to the program and shredded upon delivery. I requested then why might they not need delivered me the a contact of the scanned record plus they couldn't reply that.
GEICO refused my state simply because they stated that my boy was an omitted driver and that I have yet to determine the initial paperwork excluding him from my plan. Till I submitted the state statement I never noticed paperwork that there is omitted motorists on my plan. Once I submitted the criticism, 3 nights later there is a notation about the plan that mentioned "this plan has omitted individuals".
Obviously that GEICO didn't recognize my state and becuase of the I'm in this scenario.
Program won't let me obtain type.
