Lafayette Towing, On Site Fleets, Marvin C. Ziegler ripped me off and has my money and car

Well in 2007 I purchased a 2006 Dodge Strarus from Marvin... Everything went awesome... in August myself and 2 kids were in an auto accident and I was in search of a vehicle, I contacted Marvin to see if he had anything, he had a cute little Checy Malibu... Even though my Stratus was wrecked Marvin said he would take it in a trade and I would only owe him $2500 for the Malibu... (sounded awesome), well THE BILL OF SALE is INCOMPLETE, I never received the registration... And even though I was making payments I still should have gotten something... Well the Malibu needed repair, so I called Marvin up, he stated "gal I'll take a look at it and fix you right up, you know I guarantee all my cars now"... His son "Daniel (aka Danno) looked at the car and said something may be wrong with the computer, but whatever it is its fixable... The next day I called Marvin he was either on a tow or talking on the phone, basically just dodging me ALL DAY... The next day I went there he was sorta shocked to see me, he looked at the car and said it wasn't that bad, I told him with 2 small kids and driving back and forth to work daily was NOT SAFE... Well he told me I could use his "personal vehicle"... A few days later he called me and told me he was short and needed money for the parts, I asked how short and he stated $350, I asked how much was the part he said $400, but he would use the $350 as part of the payment... Well I called Service Chevrolet and spoke with 3 different people and they didn't have any part for Marvin nor my car... I called him and told him this, he stated that it was a friend of his doing him a favor kinda under the table... He said it was a special order... And if it wasn't paid in 24 hours it would be returned... (i'm not the smartest kid in the world, but all special orders have to be paid in advance)... Duh... Well he insisted that he needed this $350... Now he got arrested today for FRAUD AND ALTER A VEHICLE TITLE AND SWITCHING VIN #'s... Wtf... I am sooooo pissed right now... Buyers beware... I think this is a very valuable lesson... Hopefully in the morning when i speak to someone i can get my malibu or dodge stratus back...
