Customer survey

I purchase about 60% of my hunting gear from Dick's the rest from mail orders such as Cabelas. I am glad that the stores are not like your internet sites because I have wasted 20 minutes of my time trying to fill out a customer survey, which does not seem to exist. I was told in the store that I could get a coupon by going to www.DicksSportingGoods.com/feedback, which leads me to a list of related sites, which all lead to nowhere! If the stores operated like this, I would not be a customer!
