I requested a 50cc maui scooter and window from region imports in california, so when the scooter came it wasn't what i requested and was also the wrong color. I've never received the window. I released a problem through paypal, and region imports recommended they would ship the windshield and issue a $99.99 reimbursement for the problems concerned. Since that time, i've tried numerous times to contact region imports through mail, telephone and through the livechat that's offered on the website. Yesterday, i had been able to speak to someone within their "customer support" region through livechat. He explained, "gosh, i am unable to get into your info, after which suddenly ended the conversation. I've turned this to the better business agency, and that i suggest that others do that once they unresovalble difficulties with vendors. Simply look for the better business bureau within the city where the company is situated.
