Requested an XTREME XG-470 gasoline scooter. Item delivered with lost components, cracked taillight, and flat tire. The container had the incorrect construct directions and smelled of fuel. Required an exchange to get a new scooter. The organization held delivering replacement components/and-or the incorrect parts instead. They WOn't protect the price to ship the scooter back again to them to get a substitute. They need the client to protect the price (over $100) to ship the faulty product back again to them. Additionally they named to obtain our creditcardnumber in order for them to deliver a brand new someone to us.!!! They stated they didn't wish to delay delivery another scooter while awaiting the return of the faulty one.
You shouldn't be confused by their GUARANTEE AND RETURN PLAN the client pays for results — they're accepting this method for faulty items aswell.
Check the organization on iowa bbb before purchasing — more than 120 comparable grievances!!!
