Ripoff Charges - No Response to Complaint

On August 4, I got two framed records (one having a large amount of art) towards the advantages shop for presentation and shipping to my U.S. Military children in South Korea. The deal considered 15 lbs with measurements of 36X6X30. I had been billed an overall total of $193.41 which $162.90 was for delivery. After I arrived in South Korea on August 13, the bundle hadn't appeared. I delivered a contact to shop 4571 on August 30 and August 31. I received no solution. After I delivered to Tx on September 6, I visited the shop to ask about what had occurred. The supervisor merely mentioned it had been out-of her fingers because the postoffice was handed the bundle. There is no present to analyze the bundle... She merely didn't care. I questioned why she'dnot answered to my mail. Her reaction was, "Sorry 'round that". I instantly quit the shop declaring they hadnot noticed the final from me. I visited the U.S. Postoffice where the postal worker investigated the bundle. He unearthed that the bundle was delivered "SA", meaing Space Available. I had been never recommended from the advantages Shop the bundle could be submitted that method. I delivered two online grievances to advantages plus they have declined to reply me.
