Auto billing statement never received month of august

I never obtained payment statement for the month of june. 2009. I'm usually promptly or in front of the billing record. My child va manages the billings. She was paying other car funds, discovered chase auto-finance. I had been told the statement was never obtained, subsequently i have it in june 02. I'd already sent it per week previous. I'm requesting a waiver since i have am often in front of funds, and that i will continue to do this. I can not manage to ruin my credit. I'll have my daughter to send the payment about the firstly month aside from billing statement or not. Any questions call my workplace talk to va if any concerns 559-834-1839
