I placed an order with US Auto Lighting online on June 9. They had the lowest prices for replacement lights I had found online. The website looked very professional and had logos guaranteeing the autenticity of the website. I was charged within a day. A week later the website said my order was still processing, so I sent an email asking what the status was and I received a reply the same day saying it would ship in the next couple days. It didn't.
Another week later, the website said it was still processing I sent another email, no response. I called the 800 number and left a voicemail, no response. I sent another email asking for either a status update or to just refund me, again no response. On June 29th, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They have to give the company 45 days to respond. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
The case has been closed as no response. Currently the website is basically disabled, except now it has a link to site selling iPods and Persian rugs. I just want my $72 back. I actually emailed that Comodo place that guarantee's the website. They responded basically saying they gaurantee the transaction, that your money will go to US Auto Lighting and not that the company is reputable.
