I'm really upset using the method your organization addresses issues of the character. Not just did I inform you of the issue but I supplied you with the info including faxing it for you while you required. I've been a faithful client and also have never had problems previously and that I am very dissappointed that you simply have handled me in this way. I'll ensure that you enable you to get reduced and that I may think hard before I actually do business along with you folks again! And of course the 35 buck late charge you charged me, I visitor notifing you was a waste of time.
