Scott Sands is a LIAR and a THIEF. We asked for a transmission... He said that he had one. Since we had to rent a car and my husband just got laid off, we were very excited and we told him that we'd be down there right away. We showed up and their credit card machine was "CONVENIENTLY" down at the time. Hesitantly, we gave him cash though because we were promised a 24 hour turn around. We got a receipt and thought that would suffice.
He's been lying to us and our mechanic EVERY DAY that we call - saying we'll have it in. Finally, today he got mad when we asked him because it has been a week when we were promised 24 HOURS. He said that everyone was calling him and he was sick of it. My husband said that people are calling because you said 24 hours. Then Scott went on to state "I'VE GOT YOU, I don't have your transmission, I'm not getting it and you're NOT getting your money back." He will not return calls.
Scott sands is a scum bag! Do not buy anything from him no matter how good it sounds!!
