I simply would like to commend an employee of Dicks in the Carbondale, Illinois store. His name is Gene (Shannyfelt?) and he is the pro in the golf shop area.
Gene is extremely knowledgeable and a great help when attempting to determine what equipment to buy. He also makes you feel at home at Dicks and you feel like there is no reason to shop anywhere else because he can handle whatever you need.
Dicks is very fortunate to have someone of his caliber working for them.
