Charged my cc and didn't deliver. No contact, no refund & bad phone numbe

This guy took our money and didn't deliver. The phone number is not valid. When threatened w / litigation he said a refund would be issued. It's been a month and the only credit is from my cc co.

Now we have other attemped charges on this closed account. Don't use this company. It's a scam
