I too was swindled by this scam of a fake third party transaction through eBay. The seller had fake eBay documents sent to set up transaction. Unaware that is was all faked eBay paperwork... I made the payment as directed. It appeared legit. I too will probably never see that $5K again. I have discovered many other scams that are identical using other compact tractor backhoes such as: New Holland & Kubota... All with the same mode of operation.
