My fiance was told by another small dealer to go to USA Auto and they would be able to help her get a car for 500 down. Well we went there and after she started signing the paper work they told her they needed another 1,000 down in addition to the 500. We set up payments she made a few payments and then we had problems with our bank. We explained it to them and they said no problem. A few weeks later they came and drove the truck away. They still had a key for it that we didnt know they had. We had no warning they came after the mid night. After they came and took it we tried to call them so we could at least get all of our personal belongings out of the car and no one ever called back. She reported them to the Better Business Bureau and they never responded to that and they came and got the car the end of November and still have not gotten our things out of the truck. One person that she talked to said she didnt know where the truck was kept. Also when looking at the cars Ramon whom we worked with said he didnt know anything about any of the titles of the cars. All we want at this point is our stuff back and we can't even get that. Save time and money and just go with a different dealership they are a major rip off.
