I quit a coat in a hired vehicle. I named the neighborhood department where I'd delivered the vehicle. They claimed they'd the coat. I appear in the department 24 hours later, however the coat isn't there. Shop worker Lisa says "it was below, I would like to discover what occurred to it." The coat hasn't again turned up. Customer support will not do something to assist me out. Not really a lowered cost on the potential rental. Despite the fact that two Budget workers have mentioned they had the coat in ownership, customer support covers behind the plan that "we're not accountable for products quit within the vehicle." Notice of regulations - yes. Nature of customer support - definitely not. I would recommend never using Budget.
