Failure to refund, package not as described

Cheap visits is just a ripoff!!! On June 2nd, I had been forced into providing this air travel ticket bundle a attempt having a guarantee of the complete refund. I named to stop your day I obtained the bundle since it was nothing I really could use. So many strings attached. I had been advised to come back the bundle having a notice, within thirty days, declaring I desired to stop. I did so this as well as delivered it registered email. They still haven't returned my income. The next is what I've experienced and also the lies I've been informed: INEXPENSIVE EXCURSIONS RIP-OFF

6/2/08…George, repetition. T/Cheap Excursions, called me. He persuaded me to become listed on stating I'd obtain 4 free airfare tickets without any strings mounted on everywhere within the continental U.S. He assured me I really could utilize them to go to family or have family visit me.

6/03/08…My charge card was billed $129.

6/12/08…I obtained and examined the Inexpensive Excursions bundle and unearthed that a couple should travel together as well as in combination with a hotel stay. This could not function or gain me in anyway. I called and talked with Scott. He explained to come back bundle having a closed notice saying why I needed to stop. I delivered the bundle and notice register email, return delivery.

6/20/08…Return bill dated and authorized by D. Lingham.

6/30/08…I named to determine why I'd not gotten my reimbursement. Achieved merely a common mail and remaining concept for anyone to contact me. No reply.

7/06/08…Spoke with Renee’ and was recommended to contact billing department. @800-280-5040 m f.

7/07/08…Called billing dept., voice-mail complete.

7/09/08…Called payment, talked with Mark. He explained it'd consider 1-2 billing cycles for my cash to become returned

8/05/08…It’s has been 2 weeks. I contact payment again and Ernest informs me it'll be on my next record.

9/05/08... Another month has approved. I call and consult with Roland. He informs me to call-back and have to get a supervisor M F.

9/08/08…I phone again and consult with Scott (the very first person I talked with on 6/12) He'll not place me to a supervisor, but informs me it'll be 10-14 business days.

9/18/08…Spoke with Scott again; he repeatedly explained it'd not been 10-14 business days and he wasn't really enjoyable. I again pushed to consult with a boss. Scott stated he'd a boss might contact me.

9/22/08…Supervisor supervisor Joe named and remaining concept and telephone # 1-856-874-0109.

9/23/08…I named Tremendous. Mgr. Bob and remaining messages twice.

9/24/08…Called again and talked w/Bob.informed reimbursement hadn't been prepared since my notice have been dropped or lost. Offered me send Number 1-856-424-5149, attn Tremendous. Mgr. Bob.informed him I'd deliver a duplicate.

10/02/08…Faxed a duplicate of my authorized notice saying why I needed to stop. Delivered from Wachovia Bank.

10/09/08…Left concept. No reply.

10/16/08…Left concept. No reply.

10/17/08…Called again and Frank responded the telephone. It was a Friday, Bob stated he'd been out ill to get a week and he'd contact me on Saturday.

10/20/08…no phone.

10/24/08…Could not cope with; the telephone might ring once, stop, after which visit a chaotic signal. This occurred many times.

10/30/08…Left concept. No reply.

11/09/08…Left concept. No reply.

11/10/08…Phone bands once, breaks, then active. Seems like somebody is picking up. Contact again and leave information. Named four more occasions, about the 4th attempt, Bob accumulates. He informs me he's attempted to contact me many-many occasions and doesn't keep messages since he's an extremely active guy. He provides me a lot of double-talk about my reimbursement being organized for this which factors.in whatever way I'm delivering a duplicate of the initial notice. I delivered the draft before and even though there have been times in the torso of the notice there is not really a day at the very top. This allegedly ceased my reimbursement from being released. He directed me to contact him on Wed. Between 10am and 12noon.

11/12/08… Named Bob per our agreement. No solution, remaining communication. Named customer support told Bob wouldn't maintain till 1pm. Remaining communication with Paul, he explained Chris might contact me.

11/19/08… It's been another week with no reaction from Bob. I called again and left a note.

11/20/08… Named and Frank responded stating my title, so he's callerid. Attempted to create like he'd named me, then place me on-hold, then ultimately discovered my fax. He explained the individual that closed for my notice wasn't in his division (TOO-BAD!) He now needs anything from another person, the reimbursement division. He questioned me to provide him 48-hours, and contact him back on Friday. Easily haven't seen from him.

11/25/08…Called and Frank responded, served like he didn’t understand who I had been and we'd resolved my issue. Then he stated he was about the telephone with another client (clearly more critical than myself) and might call-back asap. One-hour and 45 minute. Later, I called him. We've the same discussion once we had on Friday, 11/20/08, except today he’s stating the refund division has declined my reimbursement! He claims he's focusing on it and certainly will contact me. Just how many, many occasions have I been informed that

12/08/08…12:04pm…called SP. Bob @856-242-5149…rang three times, transformed to some other band after which to some fax sign.

01/05/09…. Busy 3 times…..

01/08? /09.. Spk w/Chris…said could be delivered to my Wachovia consideration and 1 flight move delivered to me.

01/23/09…busy…busy, busy…

01/26/09…BUSY…all morning

01/28/09…856-242-5149—still HECTIC, tried. 1-856-874-0109... Ans device/quit title quantity…………Named payment #1800-280-5040 and spk. With Paul. He explained records were in from Bob, $75.00 reimbursement and reestablish account. Reimbursement allegedly prepared about the 9th to Wachovia card. Attempted to move to Bob, simply rang and called, no ans. Examined with lender, no refund or try to reimbursement. Named Paul back, he'll reissue account bunch and consider concept right to Bob about reimbursement.

02/03/09…856-242-5149…STILL HECTIC!!! 1-856-874-0109…left concept again!!! Did all again in morning. Active, remaining information.

02/07…8560242-5149…still busy…1-856-874-0109... Quit communication again!!! 1-800-280-5040…left concept!!! Again!!!
