I had paid off my loan to Chrysler Financial on sept 3rd I have called them every week since then to obtain my title. I have been lied to and told every story in the book why it was not sent out yet.including it has not been ordered yet, it is in the mail, it must be lost.
Today is march 5th and I am no closer to getting than I was on Sept 3rd. I called every office and have been transfered. I called the dealership where I bought the truck and was told they can't help me. I am at a loss and don't know what to do.
