Traeting me different then other employees

It was snowing really bad today and my car was plowed in so i called him to let him know i couldent make it and he told me it was unacceptable and started yelling at me and telling me i got responsibilities and it dont matter how bad it is you should never call in and he lets other people call in all the time but for some reason he has benn treating me different and i never called in once so thats why i dident understand why i couldent call in today seeing how bad it is but he told me if i dident come in that i was fired so i have to go today cause i got bills and rent to pay but i would appreicate if someone could help me take care of this cause i am really tired of him treating me like crap thank you
