I purchased a Ford twelve months before, and was signed up for this Operator Benefit plan it appeared just like a great plan. I started to end up having the dealer publishing my repairs improperly I'd contact the seller they'd alter my stability, easily did not note for them that I had been within the Operator Gain Plan they'd not post-it to my account. After all this I chose to contact their customer support department. I talked to somebody called Claudia she told me they'd connect with me, I waited almost four times, I named customer support again, once again I talked with Claudia exactly the same reaction WE SHALL INVESTIGATION THIS FOR YOU??? I eventually requested to talk to her boss? A lady from the title of Yvonne, if this lady might solve my issue as quick and complicated as she was speaking I'd have now been a satisfied client!!! I simply wish to finish this by stating THE FORD OPERATOR BENEFIT SYSTEM SHOULD EMPLOY GREATER SUPPORT!!! Claudia the client support repetition, didn't appear to vibrant or really assured, she'd an extremely squeaky, shy speech really frustrating, Yvonne the boss should have dated "JUAN VALDEZ THE COFFEE MAN" since this lady was speaking so quick and rotating the discussion I needed to create her a tranquilizer!!! She should have consumed a container of caffeine and than some... I ultimately did solve my problem a couple of days later, therefore to all you Ford Operator Benefit people should you ever need support solving an issue using the dealer feel the dealer or contact their Corporate Headquarters, should you talk to (Yvonne / lastname removed/) or (Claudia / lastname removed/) perhaps you are set for an extended delay with giggles (removed) and squeaky (removed), Please Ford Motor Corp Great aid is difficult to find.
