It's about time!
I just recieved a legal notice that WFS is being sued in the state of Connecticut for illegal repossession of vehicles and reselling them for less than reasonable market value and charging the client for balance.
The results of the lawsuit will enable clients who had their vehicle repossed in Connecticut to have the repossion taken off there credit report all negative equity balances set to 0 and each client will recieve a check for $575.00 for damages.
Connecticut is one of a few states that have reposession laws check your states statutes and call the attorney general in your state.
