I purchased a brand new 2009 ford pilot touring design on November 6 at 6 PM. I specifed that I needed one with dark inside and exterior. I had been informed from the seller we've one-but it is lighting dark not grey. I expected to determine the vehicle. I had been informed in the vehicle reaches the storage area and from the period you get your paper-work fineshed It'll be awaiting you. I said okay. I quit my father at Wilde Ford to complete up the paper-work and so I go back to function and before i quit i told my father to just get one with dark inside and dark exterior. Once all of the paper-work was full the purchase repetition got my father towards the new Pilot. My father asked him he sales person he had requested to get a Pilot with dark inside. Purchase representative responded he had previously talked in my experience and that I decided on the inside color. Therefore my father introduced the vehicle house. Once i noticed the inside I had been unhappy since basically am paying $35000 for vehicle I'd like what i expected for. Following day i named the dealear and explaned what had happend there reaction " you're shit out fortune. Thanks, and come again." This really is my 6th ford in ten years and that I am 30, but this really is first I've been fucked around with a ford dealer. Something I'll do is I'll never purchase or suggest some of family or relatives to purchase an automobile from Wilde Ford and that I am of Oriental ancestry and we've an extremely big extended family.
