First you go in for the add or coupon. Then they tell you all this stuff that is wrong with your car. Then they say that they can fix it. Sometimes they don't even do the work you pay for. Depends if the guys working on your car want to to the work or not. Depends if they are not to busy smoking or talking on their cell phones to do the work. Sound like a group of lazy people that want to shake you down and maybe fix or don't fix your car while you pay for it. This is not limited to this store. It is mostly the same at all the stores. If you don't get your parts back then you can bet you didn't get what you paid for.
