Rude, billergerant "customer service"

After spending so much time & ultimately planning home I quit down in the Irondale, AL Chevron gasoline station. I moved & settled by charge card in the push I did so this for that comfort and so I wouldn't need to get into the shop. After I asked the worker about no bills outside he went right into a tirade concerning the outside bill issue. I told him I had a need to proceed & to simply provide me the bill, that I had been not thinking about any more details. He adopted me out the doorway, shouting and cursing me & explained to not return. I had beennot thinking about time for a company which allows a rude, temperamental & premature worker to "support" the general public. It is poor enough that gasoline costs are greater but atleast we are able to provide our $ to others which are ethical with focus on customer support. This person was youthful, slender, international & evidently must be encouraged or dismissed. I've noticed from others that locally he has "flew the handle" & hasbeen ridiculous & rude for them aswell. I've also known as the Chevron organization & stuck a criticism aswell. More individuals must complain about bad support so the issue is likely to be fixed. Normally merely quit patronizing these locations & they usually takes action to guarantee the individuals are handled with respect & courteously.
