Late in William Richard Perdigon CEO of WRP Technology LLC was advertising on a web forum (clubtitan.org) a set of newly developed and extensively tested, Lightened Under Drive Crank Pulley and a Lightweight Under Drive Power Steering Pulley for the Nissan Titan. January 2, I placed an order using PayPal for a set of pulleys. The U.S. Postal Service in WEST BERLIN NJ 08091 received the Electronic Shipping Info and the shipment was sent out of CLAYMONT DE 19703. I received the Lightened Under drive Crank Pulley on January 3, and I was informed that the Lightweight Under drive Power steering Pulley would arrive as soon as he finished the production. A short time later I received the 2nd pulley and noticing that it was the same size as the original, I contacted Mr. Perdigon through the clubtitan.org forum, and at that time noticed about 20 other members received the incorrect pulley as well. After some discussion, Mr. Perdigon admitted that he made a mistake and he would, remake the pulley as time would allow between other production runs and that it may take some time to accomplish. Now it's July and no one has received a replacement from Mr. Perdigon. June 28 I sent Mr. Perdigon an email requesting a refund. His response was:
Thank you for the email. At this time we are going to decline your request for a refund. Reason is that you are beyond our 30 day policy for refunds or exchanges.

In recent weeks there have been several members, including myself, who have had flex plate failure. We were having an open discussion about the possible cause and the possibilities of the new Lightened Under Drive Crank Pulley from Mr. Perdigon being the cause Soon after the email Mr. William Richard Perdigon CEO of WRP Technology LLC joined into the discussion on clubtitan.org as wperdigon. Over the next few days Mr. Perdigon made changes on his website, removed the LLC from his company name, removed his address from the location and replaced it with WRP Technology is currently relocating, and changed the advertising for the Lightweight Under drive Power steering Pulley to Lightweight Power steering Pulley. During the discussion many others from other websites heard of this and joined in and indicated that they have had a similar situation with other products purchased from WRP Technology LLC.
Many others and myself have been mislead by William Richard Perdigon CEO of WRP Technology LLC., Falsely advertising an 10% under drive power steering pulley, claiming that All parts manufactured by WRP Technology have gone through rigorous testing to ensure the maximum benefits. As of July 2 this part has never been manufactured to be tested. No one has received a replacement as promised and then declining my request for a full refund by Mr. William Richard Perdigon CEO. The misrepresentation as a legal LLC business in the state of NJ, I have not been able to find any information about WRP Technology LLC registered in NJ, De or Pa.in any of the Division of Corporations. There is a very good chance the Lightened Under drive Crank Pulley has caused the damage to my flex plate and transmission. The amount of my loss involved in this complaint is a minimum of $410.00 (parts and shipping) and if it can be proven that the Crank Pulley was the caused of the damage to my vehicle this amount will increase.

The address listed on the website and Electronic Shipping Info Received by U.S. Postal Service was out of WEST BERLIN NEW JERSEY the shipment was sent from CLAYMONT, DELAWARE. All of these locations are within 40 miles of each other.
