About 14 days before I hired an automobile from Payless in the North Park area. Nicely about 2 nights before, I had been approached by among the workers there seeking my insurance info. I subsequently requested, what do you want that for? Their reaction (Mark) was, nicely to cover the harm that was completed towards the front bumper. I subsequently discussed he should have the incorrect individual since there is no harm AT-ALL to my vehicle. He explained no, it had been me since the day and period conincide with after I delivered the vehicle. I subsequently discussed that while I had been awaiting the taxi towards the airport one of his true workers experienced the vehicle and ripped in to the back lot. Mark responded, after he got the images. I stated there have been no images obtained since I had been standing there for 25 minutes. He explained he'd send me the images. After about 10 moments I recognized that faxing them would do-nothing since I'dnot have the ability to see something. I subsequently called back and was deliberately continued store for around 10 minutes. The repetition that ultimately got my phone stated the Tag was helping another person, how conincidental. I offered this person my current email address and told him to truly have the images sent AND NEVER faxed. About fifteen minutes later Ron named me back making me a voicemail stating, he's likely to talk to the supervisor for further analysis and never to be worried about it. I've yet to get a contact or fax.
I think it is a little peculiar they retracted anything after they recognized that I had been likely to follow this issue.
They're obvioulsy inside it for that cash and certainly will try to press it from people. Clearly correct business etiquette wasn't trained to these folks.
