I had gone through financial difficulty after 9-11 because division closed at my company. I was faced with having to buy a car for my next job. Unfortunately I was approved with a loan from Triad Financial. If late for one payment, the fees are astronomical. They harassed my 85 year old mother when I moved.
They called me at my job and were so rude it was unbelieveable.
Some years ago, the repossessed my vehicle eventhough I sent the payment.
Their purpose is to lock you in to a perpetual loan. The fact that there are hundreds of complaints against this company should alert someone to investigate this company for predatory lending... I understand that if you have credit issues you may have to suffer a somewhat higher interest rate, but this is unconscionable!!
