I would like to first say, I appreciate this website for allowing victims the avenue to voice our concerns & experience with companies that are literally robbing us blind.
I would like you to know that GMAC is committing fraud on alot of their loans if they use the common loan process.
- GMAC must disclose all FACTS of the loan and they are not doing this 95% of the time.
- WE MUST join together and stop them. If you are interested in learning what you can do - please feel free to contact me. The information I have to stop them would be given to you for free. You can use this information to STOP them whether you have financed a car or a home with them... Even a personal loan. As a matter of fact, if you have a loan with any bank... They probably committed fraud.
- It's very easy to determine if they committed in your situation (FRAUD of CONCEALMENT) and mispresentation of the alleged loan agreement.
These large entities will continue to abuse and suck you dry of your hard earn money if we don't join forces together. Again, all information is completely free.
I have used this information to stop my cars from being repossessed and stopped my home from being foreclosed and I didn't file for bankruptcy either.
How did I do that? I had to learn the banking and loan industry. We are under the assumption that banks loan money and they do not.
Search the web for "modern money mechanics" written by the Federal Reserve Bank. You will be amazed to learn that they explain what the banking industry does... And it clearly tells you in this publication that BANKS DO NOT LOAN MONEY!
We are being exploited because we don't know the process. IT'S TIME TO STOP THEM!
