Overcharged me at the gas pump

On March 3 I purchased $31.08 worth of gas at the pump from Fast Food and Fuel. My bank account was debited $52.24.

I contacted my bank, they think it was a valid transaction and have done nothing for me.

I contacted the business on several occassions. I provide the pump receipt and a copy of my bank printout to the manager, Doris. They have done nothing to repair the situation.

I contacted the Chattanooga area BBB and filed a complaint. They tried to contact the business twice and were ignored.

I feel I have been ripped off by this business/corporation. Even though the amount is only $21.16, I believe they should make it right.
